Layout: Aerial

Hey guys! I got a few requests for a layout that looks like the demo page for my Sticky Navs, so I finally got around to doing that! This layout, of course, can use those nav codes by putting the HTML for your preferred nav into the first custom text! Just follow the sticky nav post info as usual and you're all set, or use this layout without it for a clean, ultra-minimalist journal!

Enjoy! ♥

Layout Coding

Installation Guide

♡ Go to Basics and choose S2 for your style system, then save.
♡ Go to Look and Feel, choose Complete Style, then save.
♡ Go to Custom Options and choose the following options:
Layout Type: Two Column (Sidebar on Left)
Disable customized comment pages for your journal: Yes
Navigation link names: Recent/Archive/Friends/Profile
Fill in sticky note if desired.
Fill in custom sidebar module if desired.
Add a sticky nav in your first custom text if desired.
Person to credit if you have an individually created layout: © !IMPORTANT
URL to link the credit to: http://tessisamess.insanejournal.com/
Custom stylesheet: Input the CSS provided (don't forget your sticky nav's CSS too if you're using one!) and save!

Editing Guide

Your replacement guide is in the layout using :root as a replace all function!

Terms of Use

♡ Do not remove credit.
♡ Do not redistribute my codes in part or in whole (posting a copy for players to use in your game is fine with a link to original post.)
♡ If you break something during editing, please feel free to drop me a comment and I'll help as best I can!
♡ I love seeing edits! This isn't a rule, but if you have a cool edit of one of my codes I'd love to see it!

Any way the entries on this could be made to be partially transparent? Any help would be very appreciated! Thanks!

Absolutely! In the following change the highlighted to background:rgba(255,255,255,0.8);

.entry{position:relative;margin:0 0 3vw 0;background:var(--lightest);padding:5vw;-webkit-box-shadow:1px 1px 4px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.3);box-shadow:1px 1px 4px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.2);}

And from there you'll want to change 0.8 if you want it more or less opaque! 1 is totally opaque and 0 is totally transparent; I left it more on the opaque side, but any decimal between the two will work! ♥

Aw np np! ♥ Haha, whoops. Got a little sloppy with my highlighting. You'll want to change background:var(--lightest); to background:rgba(255,255,255,0.8); in .entry (I'm sure that was obvious, but now that I've noticed it was gonna bug me LOL.)

Hahaha I totally figured it out! I'd make a million more mistakes if I were in your shoes!

Thanks again, love!
